Marah completed a degree in French from the State University of New York at Binghamton in 1987. She later got a certificate in telecommuniations from the University of Buffalo in 2000, and in 2001 she obtained Network Plus certification (MCP) and Cisco training as well.
She worked for many years as a medical secretary, and a few years in the printing industry. She moved into tech support before becoming a two-time victim of the Internet recesssion, working for Juno, Verizon DSL, and then internal PC LAN support for Praxair. She currently works in retail.

Marah Searle married Andre Kovacevic at a beautiful ceremony at Casa Loma in Toronto in the fall of 2001. She met Andre in early 1999. He works as a project manager at Samuel Strapping in Mississauga.

Marah adopted Boo in the summer of 2002. The rabbit's former owner became extremely allergic and had to find him a new home. Boo is a mini-Rex, which is a breed particularly known for the softness of their fur. He is Marah's second rabbit. Boo was born on October 31, 2000 (hence the name).
Aaron Searle, M.D., 1921-2003Dr, Aaron Searle passed away on March 1, 2003, at noon at Sister's Hospital in Buffalo from complications after a recent heart attack. He worked as a respected pediatrician in the Buffalo suburb of Lancaster for over 35 years, retiring in the mid 1990s. He is survived by a daughter, Marah Searle-Kovacevic, 37, a son, Cameron Searle, 35, and a baby grandson, Daniel (Cameron's son). Dr. Searle is buried at the Elmlawn cemetary in Tonawanda, New York. |
